Booking Agent (SL EN) | Luxury Hospitality

If you have experience as a Booking Agent / Reservations Agent, enjoy working with international clients, and are looking to join a premium hospitality brand, stop right here this opportunity is for you.

Your day-to-day will include
Handling inbound calls from clients interested in booking memorable stays at the groups hotels;
Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;
Managing emails, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

This role is for you if
You are fluent in English and Slovenian (mandatory);
You have previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality;
You enjoy communicating, persuading, and creating great customer experiences;
You are looking for stability and growth within an international company.

What we offer
Base Salary 1089
English Language Bonus 35.70
Meal Allowance 8.32/day (paid only on remote workdays)
Full-time hybrid work model
Weekends and public holidays are fully remote
Rotating shifts between 0700 and 2300, Monday to Sunday
